About Us
A Special Neighborhood
Founded in 1987, Lake Mirage HOA is an LLC registered with the Arizona Corporate Commission.
It is a sub-Association of The Islands.
There are two sets of HOA Agreements that owners sign off on when they purchase their home.
The Master Association- The Islands and our sub-Association- Lake Mirage.

The Major Remodel to our Clubhouse, Pool and Spa Continues
Thanks to Robert Herrera, Preferred Communities, who recommended Fabian to lay new pool deck, replace the shower tile, shower head and handle!!!!!
IT LOOKS FABULOUS!!!! BRAND NEW!!!!
Remodel check list:
* New Guest Parking Lot completed
* Pool Deck and Spa Deck areas with new finish. Old deck sandblasted, repaired and 3 layers of new deck matching our colors.
*Shower Area- entry retiled, Showerhead, handles replaced, new tile put it, shower area totally cleaned/polished.
* Paint touch up around Main Pool Utility Wall, side columns touch up too.
* Men's bathroom door fixed/sanded so it doesn't stick
* Sidewalk hazzard areas ground down.
* Self-locking bathroom doors
* Palm tree removed by mailboxes
* Security Camera for spa/bathroom areas

Safety Issues Continue
Homeowners not remembering to lock bathroom doors has been a major safety issue for us.
Despite multiple signs, emails, texts.... The bathroom doors have been left unlocked creating a safety issue for misuse by unauthorized access.
This has meant that we have had to increase costs to our budget and have the two doors re-keyed and new locksets put in place that are self-locking. This means that anyone inside the bathroom will be able to exit the door without any problems. The doors from the outside will always be locked requiring a key to enter.
